la cavità del forno, il piatto girevole e il sostegno
rotante: devono essere asciutti e senza tracce di
grasso. Gli accumuli di grasso possono surriscaldarsi,
fumare o in ammarsi.
Per evitare surriscaldamento o incendio, prestare molta
attenzione alla cottura o al riscaldamento di cibi che
contengono molto zucchero o sostanze grasse, quali ad
esempio salsicce, pasticci di carne o dolci.
