så disse fødevarer ikke kommer i kontakt med eller drypper
på andre fødevarer.
* Fryserum med to stjerner er beregnet til opbevaring af på
forhånd nedfrosne fødevarer, opbevaring eller fremstilling af
dessertis og isterninger.
* Rum med én, to og tre stjerner er ikke egnede til nedfrysning
af friske fødevarer.
* Hvis køleapparatet skal stå tomt i længere perioder, skal det
slukkes, afrimes, rengøres og tørres, og døren lades åben
for at undgå, der dannes skimmel i apparatet.
