1. Monte o jarro de sumo na base. Assim que o jarro estiver colocado na base, gire

até bloquear no sítio. A máquina de sumos não funciona se o jarro e a tampa não

estiverem bloqueados (Ver Fig.2).

2. Selecione o ﬁltro exigido e encaixe-o dentro do suporte de ﬁltros, no jarro de sumo (ver

Fig.3a). Assim que o ﬁltro exigido estiver encaixado, coloque a cabeça de trituração dentro

do jarro de sumo (ver Fig. 3b).

NOTA: A máquina de sumos lenta vem com 3 tipos de ﬁltros diferentes:

1. Filtro de sumo. Dedicado sobretudo à extração de sumo.

2. Filtro de molho. Pode ser usado para fazer compotas, ketchup, molho de tomate, pesto,

tofu, xaropes, alguns smoothies, etc.

3. Filtro de sobremesas geladas. Adequado para fazer sorvetes, gelados, gelatina, batidos, etc.

Nota: Nunca use gelo ou alimentos muito congelados para preparar sobremesas geladas.

Antes de espremer, os alimentos congelados devem ser descongelados até um nível que

permita inserir um garfo nestes. É recomendado limpar a máquina de sumos depois espremer

500g de alimentos.

Nenhum dos ﬁltros pode ser trocado por outro durante o funcionamento.
