1. Monter saftpressekrukken på basen. Når krukken er på basen, dreier du den til den låses

på plass. Saftpressen vil ikke fungere hvis krukken og lokket ikke er låst (se ﬁgur 2).

2. Velg egnet ﬁlter og plasser det i ﬁlterholderen i saftpressekrukken (se ﬁg. 3a). Når egnet

ﬁlter er på plass, plasserer du slipehodet i saftpressekrukken (se ﬁg. 3b).

MERK: Den saktegående saftpressen har tre ulike ﬁltertyper:

1. Juiceﬁlter. Hovedsakelig egnet for saftutskillelse.

2. Sausﬁler. Kan brukes for å lage syltetøy, ketchup, tomatsaus, pesto, tofu, sirup, enkelte

smoothier osv.

3. Filter for frossen dessert. Egnet for å lage sorbet, iskrem, gelé, milkshake osv.

Merk: Aldri bruk is eller dypfryst mat når du lager frossen dessert. Før pressing må

de frosne matvarene tines så mye at du kan stikke en gaffel inn i dem. Det anbefales

årengjøre saftpressen hver gang du har presset 500 g mat.

Ingen av ﬁltrene kan byttes ut med et annet under drift.
