Vin chaud au rhum

Ingrédients
500 ml de vin blanc
500 ml de vin rouge, sec
500 ml de rhum à 54 % vol
1 orange non traitée
3 tiges de cannelle
75 g de sucre
10 CC Sucre candi
Préparation
1. Verser le vin et le rhum dans la terrine. Éplucher l’orange
avec soin pour obtenir une peau fine. Mettre le zeste
d’orange, la cannelle et le sucre dans la terrine. Couvrir
et réchauffer.
8-10 mn. 900 W
Retirer le zeste d’orange et la cannelle. Mettre une
cuillerée à café de sucre candi dans chaque verre à grog,
y verser le vin chaud et servir.

Ingrédients
500 g framboises
250 g sucre gélifiant (2:1)
Préparation
1. Laver les framboises, mélange, couvrir et réchauffer.
4-5 mn. 900 W
2. Remuer, couvrir et cuire.
7-8 mn. 450 W
3. Bien nettoyer les bocaux à confiture, y verser la confiture
et les fermer immédiatement avec du papier à confiture.
Conseil:
Vous pouvez aussi utiliser des fruits surgelés.

Temps de cuisson total: env. 22-28 minutes
Vaisselle: 1 terrine à couvercle (2 litres)
Petits bocaux à conserve ou
à confiture, papier à confitures
Ingrédients
4 pommes fermes (500 g)
épluchées et coupées en dés
1 courgette (200 g) coupée en dés
3 oignons (150 g) hachés menu
50 g de pruneaux secs dénoyautés
250 g de raisins secs
1 CC de baies de genièvre
Sel
Poivre gris moulu
150 ml de vin blanc
100 ml de vinaigre de cidre
250 g de sucre
Préparation
1. Mettre tous les ingrédients à l’exception du sucre dans
une terrine, couvrir et réchauffer. Remuer de temps en
temps.
9-11 mn. 900 W
2. Mélanger le sucre aux fruits, couvrir et poursuivre la
cuisson.
3-5 mn. 900 W
10-12 mn. 450 W
3. Nettoyer soigneusement les bocaux et les essuyer. Y
verser le condiment et les fermer avec du papier à
confitures.
Conseil:
Ce condiment est idéal pour les fondues de viande, les
grillades et les plats de riz.
