Filetes de linguado
Filets de sole (para 2 pessoas)
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 12-14 minutos
Utensílios: Forma de empadão rasa e oval

Ingredientes
400 g filetes de linguado
1 limão, inteiro
2 tomates (150 g)
1 c/ chá manteiga ou margarina para untar a forma
1 c/ sopa óleo vegetal
1 c/ sopa salsa, picada
sal e pimenta
4 c/ sopa vinho branco (30 ml)
2 c/ sopa manteiga ou margarina (20 g)
Preparação
1. Lave os filetes de linguado e seque levemente. Retire
as espinhas existentes.
2. Corte o limão e os tomates em rodelas finas.
3. Unte a forma de empadão com manteiga. Coloque
os filetes de peixe dentro e regue com óleo vegetal.
4. Polvilhe o peixe com salsa, coloque as rodelas de
tomate por cima e tempere. Coloque as rodelas de
limão por cima do tomate e regue com vinho
branco.
5. Ponha bocadinhos de manteiga sobre o limão, tape
e deixe cozinhar.

Deixe os filetes de peixe repousar durante 2 minutos
depois de cozinhar.
Para confeccionar este prato, pode usar também
salmonete, mero, fataça, solha ou bacalhau fresco.

Filetes de peixe com molho de queijo
Fischfilet mit Käsesauce
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 23-27 minutos
Utensílios: tigela com tampa (capacidade 1 l)
forma de empadão redonda rasa
(aprox. 26 cm diam.)
Ingredientes
4 filetes de peixe (aprox. 800 g)
(p. ex. pescada, solha ou bacalhau)
2 c/ sopa sumo de limão
sal
1 c/ sopa manteiga ou margarina
1 cebola (50 g), picada finamente
1 c/ sopa farinha (20 g)
100 ml vinho branco
1 c/ chá óleo vegetal para untar a forma
100 g queijo Emmental ralado
2 c/ sopa salsa picada
Preparação
1. Lave os filetes, seque-os levemente e regue com
sumo de limão. Deixe repousar cerca de 15 minutos
no frigorífico, seque-os de novo e tempere com sal.
2. Espalhe a manteiga no fundo da tigela. Adicione a
cebola picada, tape e deixe estufar.

3. Polvilhe a cebola com a farinha e mexa. Junte o
vinho branco e mexa.
4. Coloque os filetes na forma previamente untada.
Regue os filetes com o molho e polvilhe com o
queijo. Coloque sobre a grelha baixa e deixe
cozinhar.

Deixe os filetes de peixe repousar durante cerca de 2
minutos depois de cozinhar. Decore com salsa
picada e sirva.
