Utensile: Terrina con coperchio (2 litri)

Ingredienti
4 pere (500 g)
60 g zucchero
1 bust. zucchero vanigliato (10 g)
1 CM liquore alla pera, 30 Vol.-%
150 ml acqua
130 g cioccolato fondente
100 g panna liquida
Procedimento
1. Sbucciare le pere, lasciandole intere.
2. Versare l’acqua con lo zucchero, lo zucchero
banigliate e il liquore nella terrina, mescolare,
coprire e scaldare.
1-2 min. 900 W
3. Immergervi le pere e continuare la cottura sempre
con il coperchio.
6-10 min. 900 W
Togliere le pere dal liquido di cottura e far
raffreddare.
4. Versare 50 ml del liquido di cottura nella terrina più
piccola. Aggiungere il cioccolato spexxettato e la
panna, coprire e scaldare.
1-2 min. 900 W
5. Mescolare accuratamente, versare sulle pere e
servire.
Consiglio:
Servire insieme alla pere una pallina di gelato alla
vaniglia.

Schokolade mit Schlagobers (1 porzione)
Tempo di cottura circa 1 minutos
Utensile: Una tazza grande (200 ml)
Ingredienti
150 ml latte
30 g cioccolato fondente grattugiato
30 ml panna
cioccolato in scaglie
Procedimento
1. Versare il latte nella tazza. Aggiungere il cioccolato
fondente, mescolare e riscaldare, mescolando di
tanto in tanto.
1 min. 900 W
2. Montare la panna, adagirla sulla cioccolato e
cospargere con il cioccolato a scaglie prima di
servire.

Tempo di cottura circa 8-10 minutos
Utensile: Contenitore con coperchio (2 litri)
Ingredienti
500 ml vino bianco
500 ml vino rosso secco
500 ml rum, 54 % gradi
1 arancia
3 stecche di cannella
75 g zucchero
10 CU zucchero candito
Procedimento
1. Versare il vino bianco, rosso e il rum nel recipiente.
Sbucciare l’arancia senza rimuovere la parte bianca e
unire la scorza d’arancia, la cannella e lo zucchero
alla miscela. Coprire e cuocere.
8-10 min. 900 W
2. Togliere quindi la scorza d’arancia e la cannella,
mettere un cucchiaino di zucchero candito in
ciascun bicchiere, versare la bevanda e servire.
