Poires au chocolat

4 poires (500 g)
60 g sucre
1 sachet sucre vanillé (10 g)
1 CS liqueur de poire, 30 Vol.-%
150 ml eau
130 g chocolat noir
100 g crème fraîche)

1. Peler les poires.
2. Mélanger le sucre, le sucre vanillé, la liqueur et l’eau
dans le bol, recouvrir et réchauffer.
1-2 mn 900 W
3. Placer les poires dans le jus, recouvrir et cuire.
6-10 mn 900 W
Retirer les poires du jus et laisser refroidir.
4. Verser 50ml du jus de poire dans le petit bol.
Ajouter le chocolat écrasé et la crème, recouvrir et
réchauffer.
1-2 mn 900 W
5. Remuer bien la sauce. Verser sur les poires et servir.

1. Verser le lait dans la tasse. Ajouter le chocolat noir,
remuer et réchauffer. Remuer de temps en temps.

2. Battre la crème jusqu’à ce qu’elle monte, ajouter au
chocolat et saupoudrer de copeaux de chocolat
avant de servir.

le zeste d’orange, la cannelle et le sucre à l’alcool.
Recouvrir et cuire.

2. Retirer le zeste d’orange et la cannelle, mettre une
cuuillerée à café de sucre candi dans chaque verre à
grog, ajouter la boisson et servir.
