Filets de sole
(2 Portions)

400 g de filets de sole
1 citron non traité
2 tomates (150 g)
1 CC de beurre ou de margarine pour graisser le plat
1 CS d’huile végétale
1 CS persil haché
sel & poivre
4 CS de vin blanc (30 ml)
2 CS de beurre ou de margarine (20 g)
PPrrééppaarraattiioonn
1. Laver et sécher les filets de sole. Enlever les arâtes.
2. Couper le citron et les tomates en tranches fines.
3. Beurrer le plat, y disposer les filets et les arroser
d’huile végétale.
4. Saupoudrer le poisson de persil, y disposer les
tranches de tomates, saler et poivrir. Recouvrir les
tomates avec les tranches de citron et arroser de vin
blanc.
5. Parsemer les rondelles de citron de petites noisettes
de beurre, couvrir et cuire.
12-14 mn 630 W
Après la cuisson, laisser les filets de sole reposer
environ 2 minutes avant de servir.
Vous pouvez aussi utiliser de la sébaste, du mulet, du
carrelet ou du cabillaud.

1 plat ovale à gratin

4 filets de poisson (env. 800 g)
(p. ex. “Egli”, filet ou cabillaud)
2 CS de jus de citron
sel
1 CS de beurre ou de margarine
1 oignon (50 g), haché menu
2 CS de farine (20 g)
100 ml de vin blanc
1 CC d’huile végétale pour huiler le plat
100 g d’emmenthal râpé
2 CS de persil haché

1. Laver le filets, les sécher et les arroser de jus de
citron. Les laisser reposer environ 15 minutes, les
sécher à nouveau et les saler.
2. Répartir le beurre au fond de la terrine, y ajouter
l’oignon, couvrir et cuire à l’étuvée.

3. Saupoudrer l’oignon de farine et mélanger. Ajouter
le vin blanc et mélanger.
4. Graisser le plat à gratin et y disposer les filets. Verser
la sauce sur les filets, et recouvrir de fromage râpé.
Poser le plat sur la grille du bas et cuire.
1. 8-9 mn 450 W
2. 11-13 mn 450 W
Après la cuisson, laisser reposer les filets 2 mintues
environ avant de servir. Avant de servir, garnir les
filets de persil haché.
