Filets de sole (2 porties)
Totale bereidingstijd: ongeveer 12-14 minuten
Benodigd keukengerei: ondiepe, ovale vuurvaste

400 gr tongfilets
1 citroen, onbehandeld
2 tomaten (150 gr)
1 el. boter of margarine om de schotel in te vetten
1 el. plantaardige olie
1 el. peterselie, gehakt
zout en peper
4 el. witte wijn (30 ml)
2 el. boter of margarine (20 gr)

1. Was de tongfilets en klop ze droog. Verwijder de
graten.
2. Snij de citroen en de tomaten in dunne plakjes.
3. Vet de ovenschotel met boter in. Leg de visfilets in
de schotel en besprenkel met plantaardige olie.
4. Strooi peterselie over de vis, leg de plakjes tomaten
erop en breng op smaak. Leg de plakjes citroen op
de tomaten en giet hier de witte wijn over.
5. Leg klontjes boter op de plakjes citroen. Dek af en
bereid in de magnetron.
12-14 min. 630 W
Laat de visfilets ongeveer 2 minuten na het koken
nagaren.
U kunt ook zeebaars, heilbot, vlagzalm, schol of
kabeljauw voor dit gerecht gebruiken.

Fischfilet mit Käsesauce
Totale bereidingstijd: ongeveer 20-24 minuten
Benodigd keukengerei: kom met deksel (1 liter inhoud)
ondiepe, ovale ovenschotel
(ongeveer 25 cm lang)

4 visfilets (ongev. 800 gr
(b.v. baars, bot of kabeljauw)
2 el. citroensap
zout
1 el. boter of margarine
1 ui (50 gr), fijngehakt
2 el. bloem (20 gr)
100 ml witte wijn
1 el. plantaardige olie om de schotel in te vetten
100 ml geraspte Emmenthal kaas
2 el. fijngehakte peterselie

ereiding
1. Was de filets, droog ze en besprenkel ze met
citroensap. Laat ongeveer 15 min. staan, droog ze
opnieuw en bestrooi met zout.
2. Verdeel de boter over de bodem van de kom. Voeg
de fijngehakte ui toe, dek af en kook.
1-2 min. 900 W
3. Bedek de ui met bloem en roer. Giet de witte wijn
erover en meng alle ingrediënten.
4. Vet de vuurvaste ovenschotel in en leg hier de filets
in. Giet de saus over de filets en bestrooi met kaas.
Zet de schotel op het draaiplateau en start de oven.
1. 8-9 min. 450 W
2. 11-13 min. 450 W
Laat de visfilets ongeveer 2 minuten na het koken
nagaren. Garneer met peterselie en serveer.
