Pastel de Cerezas en Molde
Cherry cake
Tiempo total de cocción: unos 26-27 minutos
Vajilla: molde pastelero
de unos 28 cm de diámetro
Ingredientes
1 Ctda. de mantequilla o margarina para untar
el molde
200 g mantequilla
200 g zúcar
3 huevos
200 g harina
1 levadura en polvo extendida
1 glas cerezas (Schottenmorellen) (350 g)
Preparación
1. Unte el molde.
2. Bata la mantequilla hasta que se ablande.

3. Añada el azúcar y mézclelo hasta que se haya
disuelto totalmente. Remueva los huevos poco a
poco. Mezcle la harina con la levadura en polvo,
agregándola a cucharadas.
4. Escurra las cerezas en un colador.
5. Rellene el molde con la masa, extendiéndola
uniformemente y añada las cerezas por encima.
Cocine el pastel en la rejilla baja con un platillo en
medio con el programa automático para Tarta.
(La receta produce approximadamente 1,1 kg.).

Tiempo total de cocción: unos 23-26 minutos
Vajilla: molde alto y redondo para gratinados
(unos 20 cm de diámetro)
Ingredientes
4 panecillos sentados (160 g)
375 ml de leche
60 g de mantequilla o margarina
8 CuSop de azúcar (80 g)
4 yemas de huevo
1 CuSop de harina
30 g de almendras picadas
cáscara rollada de un limón
4 claras de huevo
1 Ctda. de mantequilla o margarina
para untar el molde
500 g de guindas sin carozo
2 CuSop de pan rollado
1 CuSop de mantequilla o margarina
Preparación
1. Cortar los panecillos en pequeños trozos y
remojarlos en la leche.
2. Mezclar batiendo con una batidora de mano la
mantequilla, el azúcar y la yema de huevo para
obtener un líquido cremoso. Añadir la harina, las
almendras, la cáscara de limón y los panecillos
remojados y estrujados y mezclar todl.
3. Batir la clara de huevo y añadirla cuidadosamente
a la masa.
4. Untar el molde. Poner alternando la masa de
panecillos y las guindas escurridas en el molde
para soufflés. La capa superior debe ser de la
masa de panecillos.
5. Distribuir el pan rallado encima y adornar con
copos de mantequilla. Cocer en la plato giratorio.
23-26 min.
450 W + 200°C
Terminada la cocción, dejar reposar el soufflé por
unos 5-10 minutos
