Procedimiento:
Saque la patatas fritas ultracongeladas
(recomendadas para hornos normales) del envase
y póngalas sobre el plato giratorio.
Para patatas fritas gruesas, use la tecla de
MÁS ().
Para croquetas de patata, use la tecla de
MENOS ().
Cuando estén hechas, sáquelas del plato giratorio
y póngalas en una fuente de servir.
Patatas fritas
Cantidad: 0,2 - 0,4 kg
Utensilios: Directamente sobre el plato
giratorio.
Unidad aumento: 50 g
Temp. inicial: -18° C
Menús
recomendados: Patatas fritas, croquetas de patata,
manzanas asadas
Patatas hervidas /
Patatas con piel
Cantidad: 0,1 - 0,8 kg
Utensilios: Cuenco y tapa
Unidad aumento: 100 g
Temp. inicial: 20° C (temperatura ambiente)
Menús
recomendados: Patatas con o sin piel.
Procedimiento:
Patatas hervidas: Pele las patatas y córtelas en
trozos de tamaño parecido.
Patatas con piel: Elija patatas con un tamaño
parecido y lávelas.
Ponga las patatas hervidas o las patatas con piel
en un cuenco.
Añada la cantidad necesaria de agua (por 100 g)
aprox. 2 cdas y algo de sal.
Cubra con una tapa.
Cuando el horno se pare y suene la señal, remueva
y vuelva a tapar.
Cuando estén hechas, déjelas reposar 1-2 minutos.
Pollo asado a la parrilla
Cantidad: 0,9 - 1,8 kg
Utensilios: Rejilla baja
Unidad aumento: 100 g
Temp. inicial: 5° C
Ingredientes: para 1kg de pollo a la parrilla:
1/2 cdta. sal y pimienta
1 cda. pimentón dulce
2 cdas. aceite
Menús
recomendados: Pollo asado a la parrilla
Procedimiento:
Mezcle los ingredientes y repártalos sobre el pollo.
Pinche la piel del pollo.
Coloque el pollo sobre la rejilla baja con la
pechuga hacia abajo.
Cuando suene la señal, de la vuelta al pollo.
Una vez hecho, deje reposar el pollo en el horno
unos 3 minutos.
