5-10 g margarina
25 g cebola, finamente picada
40 g bacon
3 ovos
3 c/ sopa leite
sal, pimenta
1. Espalhe a gordura, a cebola e o bacon sobre o
prato giratório e deixe estufar.

2. Mexa os ovos com o leite e com os temperos.
Deite o líquido sobre a cebola e o bacon e
deixe cozinhar.

Durante a cozedura mexa uma vez os ovos mexidos.

Ingredientes
400 g carne de vaca picada
sal, pimenta
1. Amasse a carne picada com todos os
ingredientes. Com as mãos frias, forme quatro
hamburgueres de tamanho igual. Coloque-os
sobre o prato giratório e deixe cozinhar.

2. Vire os hamburgueres.
