PIROGGEN DE RICOTTA
Tiempo de cocción: 11-17 minutos
Ingredientes:
Para aproximadamente 12-13 piezas.
250 g de harina de trigo
cucharadita de polvo de hornear
50 g de mantequilla o margarina
cucharadita de sal
1 huevo
90 ml crema agria
40 g de Queso parmesano rallado
175 g de Queso Ricotta
1 huevo pequeño
sal, pimienta
1 yema de huevo
1 CuSop de leche
1. Mezcle la harina de trigo, el polvo de hornear, la
margarina, la sal, el huevo y la crema agria
hasta que forme una masa firme. Déjela reposar
por una hora en el refrigerador.
2. Bata juntos el queso parmesano, el queso Ricotta
y el huevo. Sazone con sal y pimienta.
3. Con un rodillo, extienda la masa en una
superficie enharinada hasta que tenga un
espesor de 3mm. Corte círculos de
aproximadamente 10cm de diámetro. Ponga una
cucharadita de la mezcla de quesos en el medio
de cada círculo.
4. Bata la yema de huevo y la leche, y unte esta
mezcla en los bordes de los círculos.
Doble los círculos para que formen semicírculos.
Presione los bordes con un tenedor y vierta
encima el resto de la leche y yema de huevo.
5. Ubique el Piroggen en el plato giratorio y
cocínelo.
