Place the vegetables in a large micro-
wave safe glass bowl. Cover with a glass
lid or plastic wrap. After cooking, stir
then stand covered for 1-5 minutes.

Place the pizza on a plate in the centre of
the turntable. Do not cover.
Soup A-6 100% Micro 1(bowl) 300ml

Place the bowl(s) on the turntable and
stir after heating.

clear. Place rolled oats in a large micro-
wave safe glass bowl. Cover with more
hot water. Cook uncovered. After cook-
ing stir&stand uncovered for 5 mins.

Removing wrapping and place frozen
item on a shallow, microwave safe plas-
tic defrost rack. If necessary, shied thin
areas with aluminium foil to prevent the
item from cooking while defrosting. Turn
the item over when the oven stops and
the signal beeps during defrosting.
