RECETTE POUR PIZZA
Ingrédients
300 g environ Pâte prête à l’emploi
(mélange en sachet ou pâte à
dérouler)
200 g environ Tomates en conserve
150 g Garniture au choix.
(ex. maïs, jambon, salami,
ananas)
50 g Fromage râpé
Basilic, origan, thym, sel, poivre.
Préparation:
1. Préparer la pâte selon les instructions de
l’emballage. La rouler à la taille du plateau
tournant et la mettre dessus.
2. Graisser légèrement le plateau tournant et y
placer la pâte à pizza.
3. Egoutter les tomates et les couper en
morceaux. Assaisonner les tomates avec les
épices et les étaler sur la pâte. Mettre tous les
autres ingrédients sur la pizza et recouvrir de
fromage.
4. Faire cuire la pizza à l’aide du programme
automatique pour pizza fraîche (AP-3).
