Ingredientes
4 rebanadas de pan para tostadas (80 g)
2CuSop de mantequilla o margarina (20 g)
150 g de queso Camembert
4 Cdta. de confitura de arándanos encarnados (40 g)
Pimienta cayena
Preparación:
1. Tostar las rebanadas de pan y untarlas con la
mantequilla.
2. Cortar el queso Camembert en rebanadas y
colocarlas sobre el pan de tal manera que las
superficies cortadas queden hacia arriba. Colocar
los arándanos encarnados sobre el centro del queso
y espolvorear todo con pimienta cayena.
3. Poner las tostadas en un plato y calentar.

Sugerencia:
El plato lo puede variar a gusto, p.ej. con
champiñones frescos y queso rallado o jamón
cocido, espárragos y queso suizo.
Preparación:
1. Lavar y secar cuidadosamente el atún y mojar con
el zumo de limón. Hacer reposar el pescado unos
15 minutos; transcurrido este intervalo, secarlo otra
vez bien y salar.
2. Untar el fondo de la fuente con el aceite y poner el
atún. Esparcir la verdura sobre el pescado. Agregar
el vino blanco, el diente de ajo y el bouquet,
sazonar. Tapar el molde para gratinados y cocer.

Hacer reposar el atún unos 2 minutos, una vez
terminada la cocción. Antes de servir el plato, sacar
el bouquet garni y el diente de ajo.

una ramita de levística
una ramita de tomillo
y algunas hojas de laurel
