Frittata
Spalmate del grasso su un piatto. Sbattete tre uova con
un po' di sale e pepe. Versate le uova sul piatto e cuocete
per 50 secondi circa / 45 secondi circa. Aggiungete
qualsiasi ripieno desiderato (2 cucchiai)(ragù, verdure) e
cuocete di nuovo per 10 secondi circa / 10 secondi circa.
Uova strapazzate
Mischiate due uova con sale, pepe e del latte.
Cuocete per 45 secondi circa / 45 secondi circa,
rigirando tre volte entro il tempo totale di cottura.
Pancetta affumicata
Mettete 2 fettine di pancetta affumicata tra
tovagliolini di carta e cucinate per 20 secondi circa
/ 15 secondi circa.
Toast all'Hawaiana
Preparate i toast e spalmateli di burro. Mettete una
fetta di prosciutto, ananas e formaggio su un piatto
e cucinate per 20 secondi circa / 20 secondi circa.
Dopo la cottura, mettete il tutto sui toast preparati.
Cioccolata calda con crema
Versate 150 ml di latte in una tazza. Aggiungete 30 g di
cioccolata nera (a pezzetti). Mescolate e cucinate per
50 secondi circa / 40 secondi circa. Rigirate una volta
durante la cottura. Aggiungete un po' di crema sbattuta
e servite con sopra della cioccolata in polvere.
