Filetes de peixe com molho picante

FRANGO NA CAÇAROLA COM LEGUMES (EC-4)
Fricassé de frango picante
Ingredientes

60 g 120 g arroz extra-longo, pré-cozinhado
11 saqueta de açafrão

c/chá 1 c/chá manteiga (para untar o prato)
25 g 50 g cebola (rodelas)
50 g 100 g pimento vermelho (em tiras)
50 g 100 g alho francês (em tiras)
150 g 300 g peito de frango (aos cubos)

10 g 20 g manteiga
150 ml 300 ml caldo de carne

RECEITAS PARA RÁPIDO COZEDURA
Preparação
1. Misture o arroz com o açafrão e coloque num
prato previamente untado.
2. Junte as cebolas, o pimento vermelho, o alho
francês e o frango. Tempere e coloque sobre o
arroz.
3. Espalhe por cima a manteiga.
4. Regue com o caldo, cubra com película para
micro-ondas e deixe cozinhar no programa
RÁPIDO COZEDURA EC-4, "Frango na
Caçarola com Legumes".
5. Depois de cozinhar, deixe repousar durante 5
a 10 minutos.
Preparação
1. Misture os ingredientes para o molho.
2. Coloque o filete de peixe temperados com sal
(ex.: filete de Redfish) num recipiente para
gratinado com as extremidades viradas para o
centro.
3. Espalhe o molho sobre os filetes.
4. Tape com película para micro-ondas e cozinhe
no programa RÁPIDO COZEDURA EC-6,
"Filetes de peixe com Molho".
5. Após a cozedura, deixe repousar durante
cerca de 2 minutos.
Preparação
1. Misture a carne picada, a cebola, o ovo e o
pão ralado. Tempere com sal e pimenta.
Transfira o preparado para uma caçarola.
2. Junte o caldo de carne à polpa de tomate.
3. Adicione à carne o líquido, as batatas, as
cenouras e a salsa e misture tudo muito bem.
4. Tape e deixe cozinhar no programa RÁPIDO
COZEDURA EC-5, "Carne Guisada".
5. Quando o forno parar e ouvir o sinal sonoro,
mexa e volte a tapar.
6. Depois de cozinhar, mexa e deixe repousar
durante 5 minutos. Polvilhe com salsa picada e
sirva.
