VERFAHREN

• Den Kuchen von jeglicher Verpackung

befreien.

• Auf einen flachen Teller in die Mitte

des Drehtellers stellen.

• Den Kuchen nach dem Auftauen in

möglichst gleich grosse Stücke

schneiden, zwischen den Stücken

etwas Abstand lassen und 15 - 60

Minuten stehenlassen, bis er

gleichmässig aufgetaut ist.

• Auf einen flachen Teller in die Mitte

des Drehtellers stellen. Für 1,0 kg

direkt auf den Drehteller stellen.

•Wenn das Signal ertönt, die Scheiben

neu anordnen und aufgetaute

Scheiben abnehmen.

• Nach dem Auftauen alle Scheiben

voneinander trennen und auf einem

grossen Teller verteilen.

Das Brot mit Aluminiumfolie abdecken

und 5 - 30 Minuten stehenlassen, bis

es gründlich aufgetaut ist.

HINWEIS: Express-Auftauen

1. Steaks und Koteletts sollten nebeneinander (einlagig) eingefroren werden.

2. Hackfleisch sollte flach eingefroren werden.

3. Nach dem Wenden die aufgetauten Portionen mit dünnen Aluminiumstreifen abdecken.

4. Das Geflügel sollte sofort nach dem Auftauen weiterverarbeitet werden.

5. Für Ed-1 und Ed-3, die Speisen wie in der Abbildung gezeigt in das Gerät stellen:
