TOSTA DE CAMEMBERT

Ingredientes
4 fatias de pão para torrar (80 g)
2 c/ sopa manteiga ou margarina (20 g)
150 g Camembert
4 c/ sopa geleia de arando
pimenta de Caiena
1. Torre o pão e barre com manteiga.
2. Corte o Camembert em fatias e coloque-o sobre
a torrada. Espalhe a geleia de arando no meio
do queijo e polvilhe com pimenta de Caiena.
3. Coloque a tosta num prato e aqueça durante.

Sugestão:
Pode variar esta receita a seu gosto.
Por exemplo, pode usar cogumelos frescos e
queijo ralado ou presunto, espargos e queijo
Emmental.

SOPA DE COGUMELOS
Champignonsoep
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 9-13 minutos
Utensílios: tigela com tampa (capacidade 2 l)
Ingredientes
200 g cogumelos laminados
1 cebola (50 g), picada finamente
300 ml caldo de carne
300 ml natas

sal e pimenta
150 g crème fraîche
1. Coloque os legumes e o caldo na tigela, tape e
deixe cozinhar.
aprox. 6-8 mn. 800 W
2. Misture todos os ingredientes com a varinha
mágica e incorpore as natas.
3. Misture a farinha com a manteiga e junte
lentamente à sopa. Tempere com sal e pimenta,
tape e deixe cozinhar. Mexa após a cozedura.
Depois de cozinhar vá incorporando, sem parar
de mexer, o crème fraîche na sopa.

Pikante Putenpfanne (para 2 pessoas)
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 22-27 minutos
Geschirr: tigela com tampa (capacidade 2 l)
Ingredientes
1 chávena de arroz extra longo, pré-
cozinhado (120 g)
1 pouco de açafrão (estigma seco)
250 ml caldo de carne
1 cebola (50 g), às rodelas

pimento vermelho (100 g), cortado às tiras

alho francês pequeno (100 g), cortado às tiras
300 g peito de peru, aos cubos
pimenta e colorau
2 c/ sopa manteiga ou margarina (20 g)
1. Misture o arroz com o açafrão e coloque na
forma de empadão.
2. 2. Regue com o caldo, tape e deixe cozinhar.
4-6 mn. 800 W
3. Junte os legumes e as especiarias e mexa. Espalhe
por cima cubinhos de manteiga, tape e deixe
cozinhar.

Deixe o fricassé de peru repousar durante cerca
de 2-3 minutos depois de cozinhar.
