TOAST AU CAMEMBERT

4 tranches de pain de mie (80 g)
2 CS de beurre ou de margarine (20 g)
150 g de camembert
4 CC de confiture d’airelles rouges (40 g)
Poivre de Cayenne
1. Faire griller les tranches de pain et les beurrer.
2. Couper le camembert en tranches et poser les
tranches sur le pain grillé.
Disposer la confiture d’airelles rouges au centre du
fromage et saupoudrer les toasts de poivre de Cayenne.
3. Poser les toasts sur une assiette plate et les mettre au
four.

Conseil:
Vous pouvez varier à volonté la composition des toasts,
en utilisant par exemple des champignons de Paris frais
et du fromage râpé ou du jambon cuit, des asperges et
de l’emmental.

Ingrédients
200 g de champignons de Paris coupés en tranches
1 oignon (50 g) haché menu
300 ml de bouillon de viande
300 ml de crème

CS de beurre ou de margarine (25 g)
sel & poivre
1 jaune d’œuf
150 g de crème fraîche
1. Mettre les légumes et le bouillon de viande dans la
terrine, couvrir et cuire.
8 - 9 Min. 800 W
2. Réduire tous les ingrédients en purée au mixer.
Ajouter la crème.
3. Pétrir la farine et le beurre et bien mélanger à la
soupe la pâte ainsi obtenue. Saler, poiver, couvrir et
cuire. Remuer à la fin du temps de cuisson.
4 - 6 Min. 800 W
4. Mélanger le jaune d’œuf et la crème fraîche, puis les
mélanger peu à peu à la soupe. Réchauffer sans faire
bouillir.
1 - 2 Min. 800 W
Après la cuisson, laisser reposer la soupe environ 5
minutes.
REMARQUE : Le programme est annulé si la porte est ouverte durant la cuisson. Saisissez le temps nécessaire avant
une pause, si désiré.
