4 fatias de pão para torrar
2 cds manteiga ou margarina (20 g)
150 g camembert
4 cdc geleia de mirtilo
pimenta de caiena
1. Torre o pão e barre com manteiga.
2. Corte o Camembert em fatias e disponha em
cima da tosta. Ponha a geleia de mirtilo no cen-
tro do queijo e polvilhe com pimenta de caiena.
3. Coloque a tosta num prato e aqueça durante
1 a 2 Min 800 W
Sugestão: Pode alterar esta receita conforme o seu
paladar. Por exemplo, pode usar cogu-
melos frescos e queijo ralado ou
fiambre, espargos e queijo emental.

Ingredientes
200 g cogumelos fatiados
1 cebola (50 g), picada fino
300 ml caldo de carne
300 ml natas

sal e pimenta
1 ovo
150 g natas frescas
1. Coloque os vegetais e o caldo de carne na taça,
cubra e cozinhe.
8 a 9 Min 800 W
2. Misture todos os ingredientes na misturadora.
3. Misture a farinha e a manteiga num bolo e dis-
solva na sopa. Tempere com sal e pimenta,
cubra e cozinhe. Mexa depois de cozer.
4 a 6 Min 800 W
4. Misture a gema do ovo com as natas, misture
mexendo gradualmente na sopa. Aqueça algum
tempo, mas não deixe ferver!
1 a 2 Min 800 W
Deixe a sopa repousar durante cerca de 5 minu-
tos depois de cozinhar.
