FETTA DI PANCARRÈ AL

4 fette di pancarré (80 g)
2 CM di burro o margarina (20 g)
150 g formaggio Camembert
4 CU confettura di mirtilli rossi (40 g)
pepe di caienna
1. Tostate e imburrate le fette di pancarré.
2. Tagliate il formaggio a fette ed adagiatelo sulle fette
di pancarré. Mettete sul formaggio i mirtilli e
cospargete il tutto con pepe di caienna.
3. Mettete le fette così preparate sul piatto ed
introducete in forno.

Consiglio:
Questa ricetta può essere variata a vostro
piacimento, combinando funghi freschi e
formaggio in scaglie oppure prosciutto cotto,
asparagi e formaggio emmental.

Utensile: terrina con coperchio (capacità 2 l)
Ingredienti
200 g funghi (coltivati), tagliati a fette
1 cipolla (50 g), tritata finemente
300 ml brodo di carne
300 ml panna

sale e pepe
1 tuorlo d’uovo
150 g besciamella
1. Versare le verdure con il brodo nella terrina,
coprire e mettere in forno.
8 - 9 Min. 800 W
2. Frullare con uno sbattitore elettrico tutti gli
ingredienti.
3. Impastare il burro con la farina e stemperare nella
crema di funghi. Salare, pepare e mettere in
forno. A cottura terminata mescolare.
4 - 6 Min. 800 W
4. Mescolare il tuorlo alla besciamella ed
aggiungere lentamente alla crema di funghi,
mescolando. Riscaldare ancora una volta il tutto,
senza portare a bollore.
1 - 2 Min. 800 W
A cottura terminata lasciar riposare per circa 5
minuti.
