TOSTADAS CON QUESO CAMEMBERT
Tiempo total de cocción: 1 - 2 minutos
Utensilios: Plato llano
Ingredientes
4 rebanadas de pan para tostadas (80 g)
2 CuSop de mantequilla o margarina (20 g)
150 g de queso Camembert
4 Cdta. de confitura de arándanos encarnados (40 g)
Pimienta cayena
1. Tostar las rebanadas de pan y untarlas con la
mantequilla.
2. Cortar el queso Camembert en rebanadas y
colocarlas sobre el pan de tal manera que las
superficies cortadas indiquen hacia arriba. Colocar
los arándanos encarnados sobre el centro del queso
y espolvorear todo con pimienta cayena.
3. Poner las tostadas en un plato y calentar.
unos 1 - 2 Min. 100 P
Sugerencia:
El plato lo puede variar a gusto, p.ej. con
champiñones frescos y queso rallado o jamón
cocido, espárragos y queso suizo.

SOPA DE CHAMPIÑONES
Champignonsoep
Tiempo total de cocción: unos 13 - 17 minutos
Utensilios: Fuente con tapa (volumen: 2 I)
Ingredientes
200 g de champiñones, en rodajas
1 cebolla (50 g), bien picada
300 ml de caldo de carne
300 ml de nata

CuSop de mantequilla o margarina (25 g)

pimienta
1 yema de huevo
150g de nata (Crème fraîche)
1. Poner la verdura con el caldo en la fuente, taparla
y coce.
8 - 9 min. 100 P
2. Preparar un puré con todos los ingredientes en la
batidora.
3. Amasar la harina y la mantequilla y agregarlas
revolviendo a la sopa de champiñones, sin que se
formen grumos. Condimentar con sal y pimienta,
tapar y cocer. Remover una vez transcurrido el
tiempo de cocción.
4- 6 min. 100 P
4. Mezclar bien la yema con la nata y agregar
revolviendo paulatinamente a la sopa. Calentar
otra vez la sopa un poco, pero sin que hierva!
1 - 2 min. 100 P
Terminada la cocción, dejar reposar la sopa unos
5 minutos.
