Sound
Normal mode
While in the lowest ringer volume level, your phone operates in silent mode. To change back from silent to
vibrate mode, simply press
Volume up. To change back from vibrate to normal mode, press Volume
up
button.
Silent mode
When set to silent, your phone doesn’t play any ring, alert, and eects sounds.
You must silence media and alarms in their own applications.
Phone vibrate
Congure when you want the phone to vibrate when you receive a phone call or notication.
Volume Set the volume of ringtones that sound when you receive a phone call or notication, media (music,
videos, and so on), and alarms.
Phone ringtone Select the ringtone to sound when you receive a phone call.
Notication ringtone Select the ringtone to sound when you receive a notication.
Audible touch tones Play tones when using dial pad.
Audible selection Play sound when making screen selection.
Screen lock sounds Play sounds when locking and unlocking the screen.
Haptic feedback Vibrate when pressing soft keys and on certain UI interactions.
Display
Brightness Adjusting the brightness of the screen.
Auto-rotate screen Automatically switch the orientation of the screen as you turn the phone sideways or even upside down.
Animation Congures the level of user interface animation.
Screen timeout Adjust the delay before the screen automatically turns o.
Location & security
Use wireless networks Location determined by Wi-Fi and/or mobile networks.
Use GPS satellites When locating, accurate to street level(uncheck to conserve battery).
Use GPS XTRA Data Does not use Predicted Orbits Data for GPS.
Set up screen lock Congure your phone to require a pattern, PIN, or password to unlock your screen.
Security lock timer You can select Immediately, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes or 30 minutes.
Set up SIM card lock Congure the phone to require entering the SIM PIN to use the phone, and where you can change the SIM PIN.
Visible passwords Show password characters as you enter them.

Use secure credentials Allow applications to access secure certicates and other credentials.
Install from SD card Install encrypted certicates from an SD card.
