De datum en tijd instellen als de automatische EURO-modifi catie moet worden uitgevoerd
Om de automatische modifi catie zeker uit te voeren, kunt u de geplande datum en tijd programmeren om de
automatische EURO-modifi catie uit te voeren. Vanaf tien dagen voor de vooraf ingestelde datum, worden de
resterende dagen onderaan het dagelijkse volledige reset-rapport afgedrukt.
Na de uitvoering van de automatische modifi catie worden de datum- en tijdsinstellingen gereset en kunt u
de datum en tijd opnieuw voor de volgende automatische modifi catie programmeren.
U kunt de automatische EURO-modifi catie ook verplicht maken. Als de hierboven genoemde vooraf
ingestelde datum en tijdstip zijn gekomen, en ook als u in de REG/MGR-modus een invoering maakt, wordt
het foutbericht “EURO CHANGE ENTRY COMPULSORY” (Invoering euro-wisseling verplicht) weergegeven.
U kunt, totdat u deze handeling uitvoert, geen enkele handeling in de REG/MGR-modus starten.
Automatische EURO-modifi catie
1. Selecteer “4 X2/Z2 MODE”.
2. Selecteer “3 EURO STATUS” in het menu.

Selecteer de status die u wilt instellen (B, C of D) terwijl u de tabel op de vorige pagina raadpleegt.
Druk op de toets
P
om tussen de opties te schakelen.
Let op dat zodra u een status instelt, u niet naar de vorige status(sen) kunt terugkeren.
Belangrijke opmerking
Wat betreft de diverse toetsen, zoals de toetsen
-
en
¡
en de HALO-instelling, wordt de
automatische conversie niet uitgevoerd. U moet de %-tarieven of bedragen in de PGM-modus, na de
automatische modifi catie van de EURO veranderen zodat zij op bedragen in EURO worden gebaseerd.
Voor elke status moeten enkele van de volgende handelingen worden uitgevoerd.
OPMERKING
1) Uitgifte algemeen Z1-rapport. 2) Uitgifte algemeen Z2-rapport. 3) GT1/2/3 en Training GT wissen. 4)
Zet de eenheidsprijs van DEPT/PLU van Plaatselijke valuta om naar EURO. Als nieuwe eenheidsprijs
boven max. aantal cijfers komt, wordt de prijs ingesteld als “0,00”. 5) Wijzig PGM-functie “EX1
amount printing for total and change YES/NO” (EX1 bedrag afdrukken voor totaal en wisselgeld YES/
NO). 6) Wijzig PGM-functie “EX1 calculation method DIVISION/MULTIPLICATION” (EX1 DIVISION/
MULTIPLICATION berekeningsmethode). 7) Stel “EX1 currency symbol” (EX1-valutasymbool) als
de geschikte gegevens. 8) Stel “EX1 TAB” in als de geschikte gegevens. 9) Stel “Domestic currency
symbol” (plaatselijk valutasymbool) in als EUROSYMBOOL. 10) Stel “Domestic TAB” (Plaatselijke TAB)
in als “2”. 11) Stel “Rounding SYSTEM (Denmark/Sweden/Normal)” (Afrondingssysteem (Denemarken/
Zweden/Normaal)) in als “Normal” (Normaal). 12) Stel “Rounding up/down of the unit digits of AMOUNT”
(Eenheidscijfers BEDRAG naar boven/beneden afronden) in als “Nee”. 13) Stel “Lowest digit entering
limitation of item” (Laagste limiet cijferinvoering van item) in als “Arbitrair”. 14) Stel “Lowest digit entering
limitation of item” (Laagste limiet cijfi nvoering van betaling) in als “Arbitrair”. 15) Stel “Difference memory”
(verschil geheugen) in als “Nee”. 16) Stel “Rounding of foreign currency for EX” (Buitenlandse valuta voor
EX afronden) in als “Round off(4-DOWN,5-UP)” (afronden (4-omlaag, 5-omhoog)). (EURO-regulering)
OPMERKING
Deze taak kan niet de volgende aanvullende EURO-functie instellen. U moet na het uitvoeren
van de automatische EURO-modifi catie, bij elke programmering de volgende items instellen.
