Indicaciones de seguridad
Para prevenir lesiones, incendios y daños, no se debe utilizar el
aparato para limpiar:
– Sobre personas, animales o plantas. El chorro de vapor siempre se
debe mantener alejado de partes del cuerpo, pelo y prendas de ves-
tir. No se debe poner en funcionamiento cerca de la cabeza.
– Superficies sucias por sustancias que suponen un riesgo para la sa-
lud. El vapor caliente puede hacer que se desprendan y se liberen
esas sustancias.
– Materiales textiles, cuero, muebles, paredes, mostradores, venta-
nas, suelos no sellados, pintados, engrasados o encerados de ma-
dera o cerámica, así como superficies de cristal, fibras sintéticas,
plástico blando o brillante.
Es imprescindible tener en cuenta las indicaciones de conserva-
ción del fabricante del suelo correspondiente. En caso de duda,
antes de limpiar con vapor caliente se debe consultar al fabricante.
Además está prohibido el uso:
– como humidificador o calefacción
– sin montar por completo o con otros accesorios distintos de los indi-
cados en estas instrucciones
– sobre superficies que entren en contacto con alimentos
– con el depósito de agua vacío
– en posición horizontal o sobre la cabeza
– sin un paño de limpieza limpio
– al aire libre
No llene nunca el depósito de agua con otros líquidos que no sean agua
fría. Los aditivos en el depósito de agua hacen que el uso del aparato
no sea seguro.
No deje o guarde el aparato con el paño de limpieza húmedo. El suelo
se puede dañar. Los restos de humedad en el paño puede causar ma-
los olores o incluso provocar la formación de moho.
