Operation

∙ We recommend using milk with a high

protein content. For best results, the

milk should be taken from the refrigerator

immediately before frothing.

∙ Always ensure that the contact surface

between the base and the milk container

is clean and dry.

Preparing the stirring insert

∙ For frothing milk, use the stirring insert

with coil.

∙ For simply heating milk, use the stirring

head without coil.

Fill amounts

∙ For frothing, ﬁ ll the container to a

maximum of 100 ml (lower max mark)

∙ For heating, ﬁ ll the container to a

maximum of 200 ml (upper max mark)

Heating and frothing milk

∙ Unwind the cord to the required length

and connect the appliance to the mains.

∙ Place the container onto the base.

∙ Remove the lid from the milk container.

∙ Fit the ‘Frothing’ stirring insert (with coil)

onto the protrusion in the bottom of the

container, pushing it ﬁ rmly down to lock it

in place.

∙ Put the required amount of milk into the

container.

∙ Place the lid on the container.

∙ Press the On/Off switch once if you want

to heat up milk.

∙ The indicator light shows blue, and the

appliance begins to heat up and froth the

milk.

∙ Once the milk is sufﬁ ciently frothed,

the stirring and heating processes stop

automatically, and the indicator light

shows red.

∙ You can now remove the milk container

from the base.

∙ Pour out the milk, or use a suitable spoon

to take off the milk froth.

∙ Detach the power cord from the wall

socket after use.

Cold-frothing milk

∙ Proceed as described in the section

‘Heating and frothing milk’, but press the

On/Off switch three times in succession.

∙ The indicator lamp starts ﬂ ashing blue

and the appliance starts cold-frothing the

milk.

∙ Once the milk is sufﬁ ciently frothed,

the heating and stirring process stops

automatically and the indicator light

shows red.

∙ You can now remove the milk container

from the base.

∙ Pour out the milk, or use a suitable spoon

to take off the milk froth..

∙ Disconnect the appliance from the mains

after use.

Heating up milk

∙ Proceed as described in the section

‘Heating and frothing milk’, using the

‘Heating’ stirring insert.

∙ Press the ON/Off switch twice in

succession.

∙ The indicator lamp lights up blue and the

appliance starts heating the milk.

∙ Once the milk is sufﬁ ciently heated,

the stirring and heating process stops

automatically and the indicator light
