6 Solución de problema s
Para evitar posibles problemas es importante vaciar el depósito de polvo regularmente y aprove-
char la ocasión para revisar los filtros y limpiarlos en función de la suciedad acumulada.
Antes de contactar con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente, compruebe siempre si puede solu-
cionar el problema por sí mismo con ayuda de la tabla siguiente.
Problema Solución
El aparato deja de aspi-
rar de forma repentina
La protección de sobrecalentamiento integrada se ha activado (po-
siblemente debido a que la bolsa está excesivamente llena o algo
similar.)
En ese caso, proceda del siguiente modo:
1. Desconecte el aparato.
2. Desenchufe el conector de la toma de corriente.
3. Elimine la causa del sobrecalentamiento (o bien hay que vaciar
el depósito de polvo página 44, „Vaciado del depósito de
polvo“, o limpiar los filtros página 44, „Limpieza o sustitución
de filtros“ o en algún punto se ha formado un tapón, que hay
que eliminar).
4. Incluir el tubo flexible, la tobera y el tubo en la búsqueda de la
causa del sobrecalentamiento.
5. Vuelva a cerrar el aparato y a colocar los accesorios.
6. Espere aproximadamente otros 45 minutos.
Ya puede volver a utilizar el aparato ya enfriado.
