∙Conselho:
O leite e a cultura de inóculo do
iogurte ou do pó devem estar à
mesma temperatura. Recomendamos
a temperatura ambiente.
∙ Se necessário, aqueça brevemente
o leite até 90 °C e depois deixe-o
arrefecer até menos de 40 °C.
∙ Ponha os ingredientes numa taça
adequada e misture o conteúdo de
modo suave, mas meticuloso.
∙ Divida a mistura proporcionalmente
pelos boiões de vidro.
∙ Ponha as tampas nos boiões e aperte-
as bem.
Botão de seleção fácil
O comando de seleção fácil serve para
ligar e desligar o aparelho. e selecionar os
vários programas:
Pressão curta – para ligar e para
conrmar um programa;
Pressão longa – para interromper um
programa e para mudar para o modo de
suspensão;
Rodar:
∙ para selecionar um programa;
∙ para alterar o tempo de processamento;
∙ no programa P6, para selecionar
a temperatura e o tempo de
processamento.

automáticos e um programa ajustável
individualmente para fazer iogurtes.

Utilização
∙ Coloque a iogurteira à temperatura
ambiente. Ponha os boiões com
as porções preparadas na taça de
aquecimento e cubra a iogurteira com a
tampa superior.
∙ Conecte o aparelho à corrente.
∙ O ecrã mostrará o último programa
utilizado.
∙ Rode o comando de seleção fácil até
surgir o programa pretendido.
∙ Prima brevemente o comando de
seleção fácil para selecionar o
programa.
