Når tilberedningsgraden vælges, vil kun
de trin som passer til den valgte kødtype
vises; f.eks. vil der ved valg af kalvekød
kun vises ’well done’ eller ’medium’.
Måling af kødtemperaturen
Tilberedningens fremdrift bør måles i den
tykkeste del af kødstykket.
Undgå at placere sensoren i områder
med fedt og ben.
Tag sikkerhedshætterne af og stik
stegegaffelen ind i kødet, således at
sensoren er placeret i midten (dvs. den
tykkeste del) af kødet.
Vent i 15-20 sekunder så måleresultatet
kan blive a æst præcist.
Den aktuelle temperatur, samt den
tilberedningsgrad som er nået, vil nu
blinke i displayet. Så snart det næste
tilberedningsgrad er nået, vil den
tilsvarende indikator også begynder at
blinke.
Et lydsignal vil indikere at den forudvalgte
tilberedningsgrad er nået.
Lydsignalet kan slukkes ved at trykke
enten på Meat- eller Taste-knappen.
Stegegaffelen bør rengøres hver gang
den har været brugt.
Apparatet er herefter klar til brug igen.
Sæt altid sikkerhedshætterne på igen, når
apparatet er rengjort efter brug.
