Fransk vanilleis
Ingredienser:
3 æg
100 g sukker
180 ml mælk
250 g øde
1 vanillestang
3 tsk. vanillesukker
Tilberedning:
Pisk æggene og mælken sammen i en
stor kasserolle med en håndmikser.
Tilsæt sukkeret og kornene fra
vanillestangen og varm blandingen op
ved svag varme, mens der røres konstant
indtil den bliver tykkere (ca. 10 minutter).
Konsistensen bør være sådan at den
hænger på en ske.
Afkøl blandingen og tilsæt herefter øden
og vanillesukkeret.
Bland det hele grundigt sammen og afkøl
natten over.

Chokoladeis
Ingredienser:
125 ml øde
125 ml mælk
150 g sukker
4 æg
1½ tsk. vanillesukker
25-50 g kakao (efter smag)
Tilberedning:
Bland kakao, sukker, æg og mælk i en
stor kasserolle med en håndmikser.
Varm blandingen op ved svag varme,
mens der røres konstant indtil den bliver
tykkere (ca. 10 minutter). Konsistensen
bør være sådan at den hænger på en
ske.
Afkøl blandingen.
Tilsæt vanillesukker og øde.
Pisk blandingen godt igennem og afkøl
omhyggeligt.
