2. Upieczony chleb jest mokry i ma kleistą skórkę.
Wyjąć chleb z formy natychmiast po upieczeniu i położyć na kratce w celu ostudzenia.
3. Wciśnięcie przycisku Start nie uruchamia wybranego programu.
Sprawdzić, czy urządzenie jest podłączone do prądu.
Jeżeli piekarnik jest jeszcze zbyt gorący po poprzednim cyklu, automatyczny bezpiecznik
uniemożliwia ponowne włączenie urządzenia. W takim przypadku na wyświetlaczu LCD
pojawią się literki HHH i słychać będzie nieprzerwany sygnał. Nacisnąć na 3 sekundy
i wyjąć formę ze składnikami z piekarnika. Przed ponowną próbą włączenia odczekać
około 20 minut, aż piekarnik ostygnie pozostawiając go z otwartą pokrywą.
4. Po naciśnięciu przycisku Start na wyświetlaczu pojawia się komunikat EEE.
Komunikat EEE oznacza uszkodzenie czujnika temperatury. W takim przypadku
urządzenie musi być naprawione przez wykwalifikowaną osobę.
5. Chleb jest nadmiernie wyrośnięty.
Zmniejszyć ilość drożdży, wody lub mąki.
6. Chleb jest niewyrośnięty.
Zwiększyć ilość drożdży, wody lub środków słodzących. Zachować odpowiednią
kolejność wkładania składników do formy: najpierw należy wlać składniki płynne,
następnie wsypać składniki stałe, a na końcu dodać drożdże.
Uwaga: ciasto z mąki żytniej lub razowej wyrasta słabiej niż ciasto z mąki pszennej.
7. Po rozpoczęciu fazy pieczenia, ciasto zapada się.
Ciasto jest zbyt lekkie. Nieco zmniejszyć ilość płynów, drożdży, lub użyć programu z
krótszą fazą rośnięcia. Można także zwiększyć nieco ilość soli.
8. Ciasto jest zbyt miękkie i klejące.
Konsystencję ciasta można poprawić dodając łyżkę mąki podczas ugniatania.
9. Ciasto bardzo trudno się ugniatania.
Dodać łyżkę wody podczas fazy ugniatania.
