9.15. Activating an additional control unit
Up to four control units can be connected (see “5.3. Connecting the control unit”
on page 18).
Switch on the controller (standby indicator lamp 8 lights up).
Unplug the data cable of the additional control unit. Press and hold the Minus 5
and Plus 6 buttons on the unplugged control unit while plugging the data cable
back in.

Use the Minus 5 and Plus 6 buttons to select the corresponding bus address
(0to3).ConrmyourselectionusingtheModebutton7.
Pleasenotethatthecontrollerhastobeswitchedo󰀨for10secondsafterthis
change so that the setting is saved.
9.16. Setting the acoustic signal
The acoustic signal can be set for the following functions:
To do this, the controller must be set to FIN or HUM mode.
Press the Mode button 7 until the timer indicator lamp a lights up.

If you are using several control units, you have to assign a bus address
to each one of them. Address 0 is the default value. Each address (0–3)
can only be used once.
