9.1 ÜBERSICHT
Menü Bedeutung
Einen dieser drei Startbildschirme sehen Sie auf
der Uhr, wenn die Anzeige aktiviert wird.
Diese Anzeige gilt für den aktuellen Tag und
zeigt die verbrauchten Kalorien, die Anzahl der
Schritte und die zurückgelegte Entfernung.
Dies sind die Anzeigen für den Puls/Sauerstoff-
sättigung und des Blutdrucks.
Hier werden Ihnen die Werte für den Schlaf
angezeigt. Es wird getrennt zwischen der
gesamten Schlafdauer und der Tiefschlafzeit.
Im Untermenü wählen Sie zwischen verschiede-
nen Sportarten und starten und beenden die
Trainingseinheit.
Nach dem Aktivieren der Funktion wird Ihnen ein
Atemrhythmus zur Entspannung angezeigt.
Anzahl der neuen Nachrichten und die ersten
Wörter werden angezeigt.
In den Untermenüs nehmen Sie weitere Einstel-
lungen vor oder lassen sich Werte anzeigen.

  • It looks like the Smart Watch SEMPRE SW 294 works fine and synchronizes all to the smartphone SAMSUNG Galaxy A22 5G Except the Pulse and the Heart Rate, the heart beats per minute (BPM) are always Zero in the App in spite of measuring them in the watch.
