I bought a Sempre radio-controlled watch from Amazon, model : 8985

I bought a Sempre radio-controlled watch from Amazon, model A56 - FA - 2044
It shows European time, which is currently one hour ahead of UK time. The instructions which came with it are in German, which is not a language I'm able to follow in detail.
What I want to know is, how to set the watch back an hour, to match UK time.
