Hazards for children

z Batteries can pose a danger to life if swallowed. Therefore, keep the weather

station, radio sensor and batteries out of reach of small children. If a battery has

been swallowed, medical assistance must immediately be sought.

z Keep children away from packaging material and the small parts in the scope of

delivery. Suffocation hazard if swallowed.

Electrical danger (when using the mains adaptor)

z Connect the device to a correctly installed power socket with a voltage that

complies with the “technical data”.

z Make sure that the power socket is easy to reach so that the mains adaptor can be

pulled out quickly if necessary.

z Do not use the radio weather station if the mains adaptor or the mains adaptor

cable are damaged.

z Do not cover the mains adaptor with curtains, newspaper etc. and make sure there

is sufficient ventilation. The mains adaptor can become hot.

z Fully unwind the mains adaptor cable before connecting it. Make sure that the

cable cannot get damaged by sharp edges or hot objects.
