obtainedbyaddingaleapsecondtotheInternationalAtomicTime(TAI)determined

basedontheatomicclockaroundtheworldandcoordinatedinordertocompensate

fordeviationsfromuniversaltime(UT)whichisastronomicallydeterminedistheUTC.
