Toasting bread slices
1. Ensure that the crumb tray (6) is inserted into the device.
2. Place maximum 2 bread slices into the toasting slots (2) – 1 bread slice per toasting slot.
3. Connect the device with the power supply.
4. Turn the control knob to set the browning level (4) to the desired position. For a light
browning level set at positions 1-3, for dark browning levels set at positions 4-7. For a
golden browning level, we recommend the medium position 4. If you toast only 1 bread
slice the browning level should be selected lower than usual.
5. Press down the bread lift (3).
6. The indicator light in the cancel button (5) lights up to indicate the start of the toasting
process.
7. In case you are insecure if you have selected the right browning level press the cancel
button (5) to check the result. When pressing the cancel button (5) the bread lift (3) jumps up
automatically into its original position. The indicator light in the cancel button (5) goes out.
8. If the desired browning level has not been reached press down the bread lift (3) to continue
the toasting process,
9. The indicator light in the cancel button (5) lights up to indicate the start of the toasting
process.
10. After the toasting process the bread lift (3) jumps up automatically into its original position.
The indicator light in the cancel button (5) goes out.
11. Take out carefully the bread slices from the toasting slots (2).
12. Disconnect the toaster from the power supply.
Warming up bread rolls
1. Ensure that the crumb tray (6) is inserted into the device.
2. Fold out the bun warmer (1).
3. Place the bun warmer (1) above the toaster slots (2) on each side of the device until it snaps
into position.
4. Place maximum 2 bread rolls onto the bun warmer (1).
5. Connect the device with the power supply.
6. Turn the control knob to set the browning level (4) to a medium position.
7. Press down the bread lift (3).
8. The indicator light in the cancel button (5) lights up to indicate the start of the warming
process.
9. In case you are insecure if you have selected the right warming level press the cancel button
(5) to check the result. When pressing the cancel button (5) the bread lift (3) jumps up auto-
matically into its original position. The indicator light in the cancel button (5) goes out.
10. If the desired warming level has not been reached press down the bread lift (3) to continue
the warming process,
11. The indicator light in the cancel button (5) lights up to indicate the start of the warming
process.
12. After the warming process the bread lift (3) jumps up automatically into its original position.
The indicator light in the cancel button (5) goes out.
13. Turn the bread rolls and repeat the warming process.
14. After the warming process take the bread rolls carefully from the bun warmer (1).
15. Disconnect the toaster from the power supply.
