Use
DANGER – risk of fatal electric shock
Use the attachments on dry or damp hair only. The precision nozzle is the
only attachment also able to be used on wet hair.
• Comb your hair well before styling to prevent it from getting caught
in the brush attachments and, when using the curling iron attachment,
to achieve the best possible result.
• If you want to protect your hair, apply a heat protection spray before
using the brush and curling iron attachments.
1. Insert the chosen attachment into the attachment slot on the appliance.
The arrow markings on the attachment and on the appliance must align
with each other. You should feel and hear the attachment click into place.

Insert the mains plug into a socket and slide the switch
to setting 1 or 2.
3. Style your hair as desired. You can opt to use the tips provided in the
chapter “Styling ideas”.
M Comb your hair only after it has cooled down.
4. After styling, slide the switch to 0, disconnect the mains plug from the
socket and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
MEnsure that no one accidentally touches the hot parts while the appliance
is cooling down!
MWhen you put the appliance down after use, ensure that the heating rods
and heating elements do not touch anything until they have cooled down
sufficiently.

Ensure that any surface on which the appliance is placed is heat-resistant.
If necessary, fold out the stand on the curling iron attachment.
Changing attachments
1. After styling, slide the switch to 0, disconnect the mains plug from the
socket and allow the appliance to cool down completely.

Press the unlock button and remove the attachment.
3. Insert the chosen attachment into the attachment slot on the appliance.
You should hear and feel it click into place.

The hot air brush can be used in many ways. Below is a selection of styling
ideas that we have put together for you. More styling tips are available on the
internet.
Because your hair is subjected to very high temperatures when being
styled with the hot air brush, keep the following in mind:
• When choosing a shampoo or other hair care products, check that
they will moisturise your hair.
• Before styling, use a product that will protect your hair against heat.
Suitable products are available from your hairdresser or from
a health and beauty retailer.
• Do not use any other styling products before using the hot air brush.
• After styling your hair, use suitable styling products as required to
finish your hairstyle.
