water
4 konijnenruggen van ongeveer 150 g
2 sjalotten
125 g Parijse champignons
4 tl hazelnootolie
Rozemarijn, zout, peper
Bakpapier
Hak de sjalotten fijn. Snij de champignons in schijfjes. Verdeel de
konijnenruggen, de sjalotten, de champignons, de hazelnootolie
en een takje rozemarijn op 4 vellen bakpapier en kruid met zout
en peper. Sluit de papillotten. Giet 3 eco-dosissen water in de

en leg de papillotten in het stoommandje. Zet het

. Sluit de Acticook

. Kies stand 2 en stel
10 minuten in.
Zet het vuur tot ongeveer een derde lager wanneer de timer rinkelt
om aan t
e geven dat de bereiding begint.
Kies op het einde van de bereidingstijd stand en open de

. Dien op en open de papillotten in aanwezigheid van
uw tafelgenoten.
Gek van konijn met pruimen. Vervang de champignons dan door
dunne wortelschijfjes en pruimencompote, op smaak gebracht
met verbrijzelde hazelnoten. Een el rode wijn laat de

heerlijk geuren.
