Schil de peren en behoud de steeltjes. Snij ze in twee en verwij-
der het klokhuis. Giet de karamel en de rode wijn in de Acticook
®
en voeg de vanillesuiker toe. Leg de peren in de Acticook

. Sluit
de Acticook

. Kies stand 1 en stel 7 minuten in.
Zet het vuur tot ongeveer een derde lager wanneer de timer rinkelt
om aan te geven dat de bereiding begint.
Kies op het einde van de bereidingstijd stand en op

. Schep er de peren en de siroop uit. Dien ijskoud op.
Gebruik dezelfde techniek en pocheer uw peren in een siroop op
basis van zoete witte wijn of een siroop van water, suiker en diverse
specerijen. U kunt de karamel ook vervangen door ahornsiroop.
