½ bloemkool
½ broccoli
2 courgettes
2 aardappelen
1 rode paprika
2 uien
40 g sultanarozijnen
2 el olijfolie
1 tl gemalen komijn
1 tl kerriepoeder
2 el geraspte kokos

Maak de groenten schoon. Snij de bloemkool, de broccoli en de paprika
in stukken. Snij de courgettes fijn. Schil de aardappelen en snij ze in
blokjes. Pel de uien en hak ze fijn. Fruit ze in de Acticook
®
in de
olijfolie zonder af te dekken. Voeg de aardappelen, de bloemkool,
de broccoli en de paprika toe.
Meng en kruid met peper en zout. Voeg het kokospoeder toe. Laat
zonder deksel 2 min op een laag vuur bakken. Doe er de kerrie,
komijn
, rozijnen en courgettes bij. Giet er de groentebouillon bij
en breng aan de kook. Sluit de Acticook
®
. Kies stand 1 en stel 4
minuten in.
Zet het vuur tot ongeveer een derde lager wanneer de timer rinkelt
om aan te geven dat de bereiding begint.
Kies op het einde van de bereidingstijd stand en open
de Acticook
®
. Dien meteen op.
Voor dit recept kunt u natuurlijk ook andere groenten
gebruiken.
Gebruik groenten van verschillende kleuren om ook de ogen de
kost te geven. Geroosterde amandelschilfers en rozijntjes zorgen
voor wat textuur en een aangename zoete toets.
