I det tilfælde hvor visse opskrifter blander flere slags
fødevarer, er programmet blevet valgt og godkendt af
vores chefkok for at sikre en udsøgt konsistens og smag.
• Hvis du ønsker at innovere og skabe dine egne opskrifter
eller koge grønsager, der ikke er anført i oversigterne i
slutningen af hæftet, anbefaler vi at følge angivelserne
ovenfor: prog 1 til grønsager (og frugter), prog 2 til
stivelsesholdige madvarer eller opskrifter med mindst én
stilvelsesholdig ingrediens, prog 3 til kød og prog 4 til fisk
og skaldyr.
• Det valgte kogeprogram bestemmer varigheden af den
blide dampfase: prog. 1 = 4 min., prog. 2 = 6 min., prog. 3
= 10 min., prog 4 = 4 min.
• Hvis madlavningen sker med dybfrosne ingredienser, har
det ingen indflydelse på kogeprogrammet.
• Hvad angår supper, anbefaler vi at vælge prog 2.

smag. Dampen er hurtig og stærk i starten, men den
bliver blid og moderat i slutningen af kogningen.
Disse 2 kogemetoder begrænser fænomenet med for
stærk gennemkogning og sikrer samtidig en perfekt
kogning baseret på en høj organoleptisk kvalitet og en
optimal bevarelse af næringsstoffer og andre vitaminer.
