Belangrijke voorzorgsmaatregelen

• Neem de tijd om alle instructies rustig door te lezen en houd u

aan de "Gebruiksaanwijzing".

• Zoals bij elk kooktoestel, dient u nauwlettend toezicht te houden als u

de snelkookpan in de buurt van kinderen gebruikt.

• Zet de snelkookpan niet in een warme oven.

• Verplaats een snelkookpan onder druk met de grootste zorg. Raak de

warme oppervlakken niet aan. Gebruik de handvaten en de knoppen.

Gebruik, zo nodig, handschoenen.

• Gebruik uw snelkookpan niet voor een ander doel dan waarvoor deze

bestemd is.

• Uw snelkookpan werkt onder druk. Verkeerd gebruik kan letsel

veroorzaken door kokend water. Controleer of de snelkookpan goed

gesloten is voordat u deze in werking stelt.

• Open de snelkookpan nooit met geweld. Controleer of de druk in de

pan helemaal weg is.

• Gebruik de snelkookpan nooit zonder vloeistof, daar dit ernstige scha-

de aan de pan kan veroorzaken.

• Gebruik een geschikte warmtebron.

• Vul de snelkookpan nooit voor meer dan tweederde. Bij voedingswa-

ren die tijdens het koken uitzetten, zoals rijst, gedroogde groenten of

compote, mag u de snelkookpan voor niet meer dan helft vullen.

• Na de bereiding van vlees met een vel dat onder invloed van de druk

kan opzwellen (bv. rundertong), niet in het vlees prikken zolang het

vel er opgezwollen uitziet; u zou u namelijk kunnen branden door

wegspattend vocht. Prik het vlees, voordat u het kookt.

• Bij papperige voedingswaren (zoals spliterwten en rabarber), de snel-

kookpan even schudden, voordat u deze opent, om te voorkomen dat

het voedsel eruit spat.

• Controleer vóór elk gebruik of de ventielen niet verstopt zijn.

• Gebruik uw snelkookpan niet om onder druk in olie te bakken.

• Kom niet aan de veiligheidssystemen, behalve om de reinigings- en

onderhoudsinstructies uit te voeren.

• Gebruik uitsluitend oorspronkelijke SEB onderdelen, die zijn bestemd

voor het model snelkookpan dat u hebt.

• Alcoholdampen zijn ontvlambaar. Hou de snelkookpan daarom goed

in de gaten als u recepten op basis van alcohol bereidt.

• Bewaar geen zure of zoute levensmiddelen voor of na het koken in

uw snelkookpan.

I have a very old SEB Authentique pressure cooker. I don't know how to use since it was give to me many years ago. I can't understand your manual in French. Do you have the English version please? Submitted on 28-9-2021 at 13:22

Any one can help with translation on how to use it for cooking. Like how to close properly the lid as well as the pressure knob. How to release the steam and when to open the lid after cooking.
