IX. Después de cada inmersión
1. Tras haberse sumergido y antes de entrar en el bote de inmersión,
entregue la cámara a alguien en el bote.
2. Sumerja el flash sellado y la cámara en agua fresca para quitar la
sal, arena y suciedad. La mayoría de botes tienen un contenedor de agua
fresca para cámaras subacuáticas. Nunca deje que el agua salada se
seque en la cámara o en el flash.
3. Tras haber enjuagado la cámara y el flash, deje que el agua se seque en el
brazo del flash (con pequeños agujeros para el drenaje del agua en la
parte inferior) y seque la cámara sellada y el flash con una toalla.
4. Asegúrese de que el flash (y usted) estén secos antes de abrir
la puerta impermeable. Si puede esperar, mantenga la cámara y el flash
sellados hasta que se encuentre en un lugar seco. IMPORTANTE:
Cuando abra la puerta acuática, asegúrese de sostener el flash con la
puerta mirando hacia abajo. Esto evitará que las gotas de agua entren
en el interior del flash.
X. Cuidados y mantenimiento
1. Quite las pilas antes de guardar el flash.
2. Deje que el flash se seque bien antes de guardarlo.
3. Nunca utilice detergentes, limpiadores, disolventes o químicos para
limpiar el flash.
4. Inserte cápsulas antihumedad (artículo #SL911) en el interior del
compartimiento de las pilas para el almacenamiento. Esto mantendrá el
interior seco y libre de corrosión y moho durante el almacenamiento.
5. Inspeccione regularmente el flash para ver si hay partes desgastadas o
dañadas. Contacte con su tienda de buceo local o visite el sitio web de
SeaLife para componentes de repuesto disponibles.
