De snelheid aanpassen
Druk op de toetsen voor het verhogen ( ) of verlagen ( ) van het snelheidsniveau om de snelheid van de loopband op ieder
gewenst moment in een trainingsprogramma te wijzigen. Om de snelheid snel te wijzigen drukt u op de snelheidstoets met de
gewenste vooraf ingestelde waarde, en vervolgens op de Enter -toets voor snelheidswaarden. De snelheid van de loopband
wordt aangepast aan de gewenste snelheid.
Opmerking: Nadat u op een snelheidstoets met een vooraf ingestelde waarde hebt gedrukt, moet u binnen de 12
seconden op de Enter -toets voor snelheidswaarden drukken.
Profielpr ogramma's
Deze programma's hebben verschillende hellingshoeken en loopbandsnelheden op basis van de maximum- en minimumsnel-
heid van de gebruiker . De gebruiker kan de hellings- en snelheidswaarden ook handmatig aanpassen op elk gewenst moment
in de training. De profielpr ogramma's zijn georganiseerd in categorieën (Quick Goal, Heart Health, Weight Contr ol, Interval,
T rain en Custom). Ieder profielprogramma bestaat uit 16 segmenten, waar door een verscheidenheid aan trainingen mogelijk
is.
Tijdens een profielprogramma geeft de console met een geluidssignaal aan of in het volgende segment de helling of de
snelheid zal worden aangepast. W ees bij elk nieuw segment voorbereid op hellings- en snelheidsveranderingen.
Op de console is de momenteel geselecteerde categorie actief, waarbij de eerste training van het pr ofielprogramma binnen
die categorie wordt weergegeven. Gebruik de toetsen Hoger ( ) of Lager ( ) om de gewenste pr ofielprogrammatraining te
kiezen uit de categorie van trainingen. Op het einde van de beschikbare trainingen voor die categorie zal de pijl voor meer
opties (pijl omlaag) worden gedeactiveer d. Zo weet de gebruiker dat hij het einde van de categorie heeft bereikt.
