Uso del ordenador

Su bicicleta Schwinn está equipada con una consola de ordenador versátil que

incluye:

• Quick Start (Inicio rápido)

• 1 Manual program (Programa manual)

• 6 profile programs (Programas perfil)

• Calorie Goal Objetivo Calorías

• BMI (Body Mass Index) (IMC Indice Masa Corporal) medición

• Recovery Mode (Modo recuperación)

• Results Mode (Modo resultados)

Esta consola le proporciona información importante sobre su entrenamiento, y tam-

bién controla los niveles de resistencia. Las secciones siguientes describen cómo

utilizar todas las funciones que ofrece el ordenador. Tenga a mano el manual para

consultarlo en el futuro, si quiere experimentar con las diversas funciones mientras

se familiariza con la bicicleta.
