Utilisation de la console

Votre vélo Schwinn est pourvu d’une console polyvalente permettant de sélection-

ner les fonctionnalités suivantes :

• Quick Start (Départ vitesse)

• 1 Manual Program (Programme manuel)

• 6 Profile programs (Profil programmes)

• Calorie Goal (Objectif calorifique)

• BMI (Body Mass Index) (Indice de masse corporel)

• Recovery Mode (Mode récuperation)

• Results Mode (Mode résultat)

Cette console affiche des informations essentielles sur le déroulement de l’entraîne-

ment et permet de contrôler les niveaux de résistance. Vous trouverez dans la sec-

tion suivante la description de ses diverses fonctionnalités. Gardez ce manuel à por-

tée de main afin de pouvoir le consulter au fur et à mesure que vous testerez les

diverses fonctionnalités de votre vélo.
